Brendy Realty is a company that was built with a purpose. The president, Bob Brendemuehl, felt the real estate industry was headed in the wrong direction. He believed that most (but not all) agents that list homes don't deserve the 6% commission they were getting. The agent that truly deserves the commission is the one spending nights and weekends looking at 20-30 homes with their buyers, trying to find that one home that is the perfect fit. Not the agent that gives you every line in the book just to get the listing, then sits on it until it sells, just waiting for the commission check. (There are some agents that do deserve the 6% commission because of their extensive knowledge and experience.) Brendy Realty strives for excellent customer service. Satisfaction is always a number one priority. We only hire top real estate agents that understand the law and the local market. We are here to assist in any way so that you, the seller, has an enjoyable experience in saving thousands compared to a 6% Realtor.

I love spending time with my family (my daughter, wife and me at a recent Holiday Party). And that's the reason why I started this company. Putting money back into the hands of the hardworking man & woman is what keeps me going. The more money you have in your pockets, the more you can spend on more important items: college for the kids, save money for retirement, take the kids to Disneyworld, buy a new car, etc.
I was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Milwaukee, WI. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received my Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing. I decided to obtain my real estate license back in 2002 so I can help everyday people. I found out how difficult it was to try to persuade Sellers to pay a 5-6% commission.
So, after 2.5 years of struggles, I decided a change was in order. I dabbled with mortgages a little, and learned another side of Real Estate. I then learned about a new type of business model that was up and coming. This business model was to put Sellers on the Multiple Listing Service for a reduced fee. After extensive research, I decided to get my Real Estate Broker's license and go out on my own. I haven't look back since.
I have helped hundreds of homeowners over the years, adding up to over $5 million in commission savings. If I can put money back into the pockets of the average American, I am satisfied. So far, so good!

I was born and raised in Wisconsin. I have 3 beautiful children ranging from the ages of 2 to 7. I have the opportunity at the present time to work from home which is excellent for my current status. At Brendy Realty my number one goal is customer satisfaction. From the first contact to getting your property sold is key. I assist with paperwork questions, changing details, adding property, and other numerous items in getting your home sold! I am currently undergoing getting my real estate license to better help our customers. The amount of money you save with a limited listing service is quite large compared to listing with a full service broker. I have worked for Brendy Realty since 2002 and have never been more satisfied as I know our customers will be also.
ANGELA KALLAY, REAL ESTATE AGENT
I love my job!
I was born in Milwaukee, having lived in St. Francis, Oak Creek, South Milwaukee, West Allis, Madison and Milwaukee. I have a Bachelor degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison which I completed in 2003. My husband and I have been married for 3 years and we now have a son, Joey, who was born in December, 2006. It was a joint decision for me to end the structure of a salaried position and instead do what I truly enjoy. My passion for real estate lead me to my career choice.
I began my career in real estate with Shorewest Realtors New Berlin Office about three years ago. I was a member of the Million Dollar Club and sold 3.6 million in 2006. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and have had the pleasure to work with buyers from Kenosha all the way to Grafton and everywhere in between!
I joined Brendy Realty in August 2007 in an effort to offer my clients freedom and flexibility when it comes to selling what is most likely their most important investment, their homes. I work primarily as a Buyer’s Agent and I absolutely love working with buyers! I see myself as a Real Estate Consultant rather than a salesperson. My goal is to ensure that my clients are educated and informed in their search for their new home. I want every one of my clients to absolutely love their home and be so happy with my commitment to them that they come to me in the future for all of their real estate needs as well as refer their family and friends!
