Yes you can. We strongly recommend that when advertising your home for sale, you mention the property is listed by Brendy Realty (or affiliate broker), or at least MLS listed. We strongly urge you avoid advertising the home as "For Sale By Owner" as this might send mixed signals to fellow Realtors and buyers.
