The Seller (that's you!) has the option to hold open houses and advertise in local newspapers. The Seller is also responsible for other items including scheduling showings, ordering title insurance, completing Code Compliance if required, performing well/septic testing (if applies), scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closing, and hiring an attorney to review offers/review title.
