You are able to choose whichever commission you wish to offer. We are unable to tell you how much to offer. Typical Realtor commissions vary by area. Here are some "average" commissions Realtors earn when they sell a home to a buyer:
-Milwaukee (SouthEast WI) --> 2.4%
-Madison (SouthCentral WI) --> 3.0%
-Green Bay / FDL (NorthEast WI) --> 2.1%
