What if my property doesn't sell?
Answer:
We can re-list your property for another term for a fee of either $200 for 6 months or $300 for 12 months.
Another option is our simple Money Back Guarantee. If you don't sell your property, we can reimburse you the MLS fees you've already paid (up to $500). To be eligible for this refund, you must allow us to refer you to a Full Service Realtor in your area. You can request a Realtor of your choice, but we must receive a referral agreement from this Realtor in order for you to receive the refund. You must then sign a listing contract and sell your home with that Realtor. We will reimburse you the fee once your property sells and closes. Call for more details!
