Why Isn't My Home Appearing on Shorewest.com or MLS.com?
Answer:
Shorewest.com--- We recently found out that Shorewest.com was filtering out Limited Service Listings from ALL companies. This means, that if you came from a 3rd party website or chose our basic MLS package (without negotiations), you are considered Limited Service. Shorewest has told us that it was a "business decision" to filter out the Limited Service listings. At this present time, the only way to have your listing appear on Shorewest.com is to do a Full Service Listing (either our MLS+Negotiations Package or our Premium 3.9% Package).
MLS.com--- This website has no affiliation with the actual Multiple Listing Service. It is a paid lead generation website (filtered through homegain.com) and has nothing to do with the actual MLS. Your home will not appear there because that website doesn't pull the listings from the actual MLS system (like www.Realtor.com does)
