What if I need more help with offers and paperwork?
Answer:
We offer a Flat Fee Full Service Package that only costs $250 upfront + $50 per month + $1,200 at closing.
For the package, we will:
-Check-in with Sellers monthly to discuss listing activities, provide monthly Realtor.com traffic, and more.
-Review Offers written by Realtors, write counteroffers, etc
-Review Offers from unrepresented Buyers (We will not write offers for unrepresented Buyers)
-Assist with ordering Code Compliance (if applies)
-Assist with ordering Title Insurance
-Review closing paperwork, to ensure for accuracy
-Coordinate closing date & time
-Hold Earnest Money
