What is this $1.00 fee about?

Answer:
By using an Exclusive Right To Sell Listing Contract, we've found seller's properties have a higher probability of appearing on local real estate company websites. But using this contract means we must charge a minimal $1.00 fee at closing ONLY if there is no Realtor involved. However, we do waive the $1.00 fee if the seller provides us with a written testimonial (which will be posted to the Brendy Realty website).
